Karen Haley Allen, M.A. Organization Development, has 18+ years’ experience in strategic leadership, organizational change, coaching, and learning. She coaches management and teams in Change Management, focused on managing people through change, building communication strategies, and engaging stakeholders in culture change initiatives.

Karen has been passionate about leadership and learning since the age of 5! A lifelong learner, she focuses on bridging people with the information and competencies needed to succeed in leading organizations and teams, managing change and fulfilling their life mission.

Karen taught Strategies for Leading Change and The Soul in Business at Dominican University. She is currently a faculty member in the Leadership and Management and Human Resources Programs at University of California, Berkeley. She facilitates retreats and leads groups through a change series including Strategies for Leading Change and Managing Thru Turbulent Times.

Karen founded HALEY ALLEN ASSOCIATES, focused on leadership development, organizational change management and coaching. Our mission – to challenge and empower leaders and their teams to align their deepest values with business results.
