Leading Change effectively exercises all your leadership muscles and builds new ones! The change may include a systems implementation, new market directions, product launches, expanded facilities, or acquisitions and mergers. Leaders are challenged with creating a vision and inspiring others to fulfill that picture of the changed organization, community or team.
Strategies for Leading Change provides a learning container for you to examine your role as a ‘change leader,’ assess the elements of change that are most challenging for you and your company, and to construct a change model you can implement in your organizations.
In this workshop, you will discover a variety of change models, discuss leadership styles, and reflect on your change strategies. YOU will create a Change Blueprint to guide you and your organization through the change initiatives that includes a communication plan, project road map, keys to cultural change.
